1. Garden of Eden
Tucked in the greens of Maracas is this beautiful garden which enjoys a water stream following through the middle of the garden, it holds the tranquility of nature. The venue is safe and the area is surrounded by an assortment of fruit trees, cocoa trees and a panoramic view of the lush green north coast mountain range. There are two fully manicured lawn areas for camping and picnicking in the garden. 2. Hummingbird Campground
You’ll be assured of a quiet spot to enjoy your romantic night picnic, as it requires some effort to walk up to the top, but here you will be rewarded with wide reaching views of the Maracas bay basin on one side and the northern range mountains on the other. The venue is safe and makes a great location for a night picnic followed by stargazing.
3. Maracas Beach
Few have spent the time to take in the beauty of this gem of a beach at night. The calming spirit of this beach at night makes you ask the question, ‘why didn’t you do this before?’ The beach is safe, quiet and peaceful at night. Take along your blanket and basket of eats ( No bake and shark)… add a few lights and spend the evening being lulled by the waves.
4. Mariposa Gardens
Head up to the Historic village of Lopinot, where you will find this safe hidden garden nestled in the back of Café Mariposa. Here you can picnic under the stars in the Amphitheatre (be sure to pre-order from the Cafe) or experience a movie for two. Whichever you choose be sure to look up at the many constellations in the night sky -You are sure to be amazed!
